As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of J&A Management, Jay Patel brings over 10 years of accounting and auditing experience, as well as extensive knowledge of hospitality financial operations. He has expertly managed accounts in industries such as hospitality, real estate, liquor, private equity, gas station, distributors, and government during his tenure.
He also ensures that budgets are completed and submitted in accordance with schedule. As the CFO, he is responsible for investment acquisitions and dispositions, property development, and deployment. Furthermore, he works on finance, accounting, treasury, and administrative assignments for the company. He is a proven executive and leader with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.
